A special building on Varzesh Street

Nirvana is not just a building; it's a point where life takes shape from simplicity. In a quiet cul-de-sac, near the sea and inspired by the old fabric of the SarRig neighborhood, we gave the alley new life: the soil was replaced, fruit trees were planted, and a garden was created, irrigated with water collected from the building's air conditioners. Nirvana is a story about real living; a place to breathe, to feel the sun, and to hear the sound of peace.
Nirvana is more than a building; it is a point where life quietly takes shape. With the kitchen placed at the heart of each unit, everything begins there...
The First Modern Minimal
In Nirvana's architectural design, the goal was beyond just building a residential structure; we sought to create a space where life blossoms from simplicity. Inspired by the old texture of the SarRig neighborhood in Bandar Abbas and its proximity to the sea, this project aims to redefine the concept of real living.

Simple in Design; Precise in Detail

The minimalist design and uniform surfaces of Nirvana's facade presented special challenges in material selection and execution. Aiming to maintain simplicity and avoid stone, the decision was made to use a combination of cement plaster and texture-free Jotun topcoat paint.

Six Units, One Design
The layouts and spaces were designed so that each 155-square-meter, three-bedroom unit is not only functional but also provides a space for breathing, relaxation, and sunlight. Special attention to the kitchen as the heart of the home shows a deep understanding of its importance in shaping daily interactions.
