A special building in the Fatemieh neighborhood

The 'Ka' building is not just an ordinary structure, but an architectural statement; a conscious effort to redefine the quality of life in the city's worn-out and overlooked urban areas. This project was born with a bold vision in the heart of the historic Baluch neighborhood, an area where few would risk investment.
Project K is not just a building. it is a statement. In the heart of an old Baloch neighborhood where few dare to invest, we created four 90-square-meter units...
Designing Space with a Human Touch
On this plot, four independent 90-square-meter units were designed, one in each corner; each with four-sided natural light, an open view, and effective natural ventilation. The bathrooms in each unit are designed with access to natural light to bring a sense of freshness, calm, and cleanliness to daily life.

The 'Ka' building is equipped with advanced technical infrastructure and modern mechanical and electrical systems. These systems are not for show, but are designed and implemented to enhance the real quality of life; from sustainable energy supply to reducing consumption and facilitating maintenance.
Executed with Precision and Smart Details
From the beginning of the design to the final stages of execution, special attention was paid to the quality of materials, the finesse of executive details, and the coordination between form and function. This precision is clearly visible in the choice of materials, connection details, and the method of executing the structure and facade.
