Execution Process
- Phase 1: Preparation and Preliminary Studies. In this phase, all necessary studies and reviews are conducted to start the project. From land analysis and geotechnical assessments to obtaining legal permits and designing execution plans, every detail is carefully planned.
- Phase 2: Infrastructure and Site Preparation. In this stage, the project site is prepared for construction. This includes demolishing old structures (if any), leveling the ground, and implementing basic infrastructures like plumbing, power lines, and drainage systems.
- Phase 3: Building the Main Structure. This phase focuses on constructing the main skeleton of the building. The execution team creates a sturdy and standard structure using high-quality materials and close supervision. This includes foundations, columns, and roofing.
- Phase 4: Installations and Internal Systems. This stage includes installing all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Attention to detail in this phase ensures the building is flawless in terms of internal functionality.
- Phase 5: Finishing Interior and Exterior Details. Here, the focus is on completing the facade and interior design. Wall coverings, flooring, cabinets, and other interior details are installed. The exterior facade is also implemented with high-quality materials to give the building a modern and beautiful look.
- Phase 6: Final Review. In the final phase, the building is thoroughly inspected and evaluated to ensure it meets all standards and client expectations.
