A unique plaza on Jahed Street

In the bustling heart of the city, Igan stands; a commercial project that combines light, stillness, and history. But 'Igan' is not just a name. Igan was a port with over 700 years of history near Bandar Abbas, once trading with the Kingdom of Hormuz. In designing the furniture for this project, we used wood from old dhows to infuse this historical memory into the body of the project.
In the heart of Bandar Abbas, Igan rises as a commercial project that merges light, calmness, and history. A retail passage of ten shops... The second-floor ceiling is fully laminated glass, allowing daylight to cascade from above...Commerce with an Architectural Foundation
This ten-unit shopping plaza, with sizes ranging from 30 to 60 meters, creates a space different from the common commercial projects in southern Iran with its bright design and functional common areas. The glass ceiling on the second floor allows natural light to flow in from above; corridors and shared spaces are thoughtfully designed around human movement and experience.
Igan stands as an attempt to blend commerce with meaning— A place to buy, to meet, and to remember the stories this city once told.Executed with Precision and Smart Details
When you enter Igan, it's as if you've entered a bright, calm, and inviting path; the bright corridors, shops with wide showcases, and the glass ceiling above separate the space from the suffocating feeling of typical malls.

Beyond the Shopping Experience
In Igan, even when you're not shopping, walking this path is like an architectural experience. Natural light shines from the ceiling, the end of the corridor is open, and each shop, with its own unique plan, invites you to pause.
