A modern villa in Sarkhon, Hormozgan Province

On land that was once a forgotten greenhouse, the dream of life was reborn. Native and fruit-bearing trees, not walls, formed the home's boundary; and the sun, not lamps, provided the light of life. A house that caressed the garden with a long pool and separated it from the purity of residence with a glass corridor. At the end of the path, a wide console over the water; a room for play, imagination, and escape from the everyday. Golkhaneh Villa is the story of a house that wasn't built, but planted.
A white house wrapped in light, silence, and water. Where windows do not need to open, because the boundary between inside and out was never there to begin with.
Tangible Dream of Life
In this villa, architecture was designed not for show, but to understand nature. Every form is a response to the climate; every open space, an invitation to pause.

The pool extended from the entryway to the depths of the kitchen. A glass corridor separated the garden from the pool area without diminishing their natural connection. At the end, a 4-meter cantilever poised boldly over the water, an observer of play and life. The bedroom, far from the bustle, was tucked away in a secure silence, overlooking the garden and pool.
Simple in Design; Precise in Detail
In this project, form was designed based on light and flow. The structural order served sight and comfort, not the other way around. This villa is a testament to Chegall's ethos of building spaces for living.

Unassuming but Living Home
Golkhaneh Villa, between two expanses of green and blue, with a pool that stretches from the garden to the kitchen, and walls of glass that not only let light through but invite the gaze to stay.

The billiard room, on a suspended console, stands at the water's end. And the bedroom, in a quiet, bright corner with a view of serenity, is not a place for sleep—it's for waking up in a dream. Here, the dream of life is not just possible, but tangible, transparent, and within reach.
