A special building in the Khajeh Ata neighborhood

On Khaje Ata Street, somewhere between palm trees and the memory of the southern sun, 'Baharestan' was born; not just as a residential building, but as our first serious step towards social and sustainable architecture. In days when Bandar Abbas was not yet receptive to new ideas in its urban fabric, we stood on the edge of tradition and the future. The result was a facade with a regular grid of louvers that changed light and shadow like music throughout the day—a facade that breathed tranquility instead of showing off.
Khaje Ata Neighborhood, Bandar Abbas. In Baharestan, our architectural concern wasn’t just about form—it was about ethics in construction.
The Silence of Concrete, The Dialogue of Light
Baharestan was designed based on a linear and orderly form; a form in which vertical load-bearing surfaces, void of any excess decoration, simply play with shading grids (concrete louvers).
Executed with Precision and Smart Details
This design was not only effective in controlling the southern sun's heat in Bandar Abbas, but it also gave an architectural identity and transparency to the facade.

A calm entrance, a quiet lobby, simple and durable materials, and controlled lighting all served one purpose: to create a real experience of 'respectful living'.
