A special building in the Farhangian neighborhood

In a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a small, lively park, Anahita took shape; a building designed not just for living, but for *being*. The bougainvilleas, with their bright colors, add a poetic softness to the rigid geometry of the stone.
In a dense urban fabric like Varzesh Street, the Nirvana Building dared to breathe. Its all-white façade, minimalist yet bold, stood out not as a showpiece — but as a quiet promise: that light, privacy, and peace can coexist.
Geometry Meets Nature
The design of Anahita is based on the idea of diversity in living experience. Unlike many apartment projects where all floors are copies of each other, Anahita sees each floor as an independent story. From one-bedroom units with full-height windows in visual dialogue with nature, to a penthouse with a private yard that brings a city garden to the sky.
Simplicity in Design; Balance and Harmony

At every stage of construction, we faced challenges with spatial limitations, material selection, and achieving different floor plans. But with commitment, precision, and a deep focus on real living, we created a building that doesn't just catch the eye, it captures the heart.

Nine Units, Five Designs

Attention to natural light, spatial transparency, and the play of light and shadow in bathrooms and kitchens are hallmarks of this project's human-centric design.

Nine Units, Five Designs
The layouts were designed so that each 155-meter, three-bedroom unit is not only functional but also provides a space for breathing, relaxation, and sunlight. Special attention to the kitchen as the heart of the home shows a deep understanding of its importance in shaping daily interactions.
