- Project Jaroun Monthly Update (December 2025)

The Jarun project continues its journey toward completion with unwavering speed and precision. Over the past month, the Chegal executive team has focused on creating the distinct features that elevate this building from a simple residential structure to a hotel-style living experience.

1. Interior and Facade Development: Construction activities within the units across all floors are proceeding steadily. The completion of interior details and the final touches on the facade are bringing the building's true character to life.

2. Commencing the Amenities Phase & Grand Ballroom: The most significant milestone of the past month is the commencement of work on the ground floor. In the first phase, construction of the Private Ballroom and Events Hall has begun. Given the specialized nature of this space, high-standard acoustic and thermal insulation has been integrated to ensure the utmost comfort and privacy for all residents.

3. Future Outlook: Following the completion of this section, other communal spaces and amenities will be developed in stages under constant technical supervision. Our goal at Chegal is to create a complex that provides not just superior construction quality, but lasting value and a unique experience of luxury and comfort for its future residents.
